We work with fresh products. Of the historic herb and vegetable garden, located in the sculpture garden of the Markiezenhof, we take the harvest and process this in our dishes. We ask our suppliers good, responsible, quality.
We work as much as possible with local products. We exchange the menu at least 4 times a year, with the seasons. Our wine list contains wines from the old and new world. Specialty beers are also well represented. So we have three beers on tap and over 30 different bottled beers. At our dishes, we give you a, if asked, a drink suggestion.
